Y pattern diaphragm valve may applied in:
Acid: Strong acid, weak acid...The aerospace industry, metal processing (surface pickling treatment), anodizing, electroplating processing, mining (sulfate), galvanized, metal plating, etc.
Alkalic: Strong alkali, weak base, caustic...Paper making (chlorine dioxide, sodium hypochlorite, sulfuric acid...), metal plating, chemical processing, chlor-alkali industry, air pollution, beverage industry, etc.
Water treatment: Pharmaceutical, textile, leather processing industry, pure water treatment, the electronics industry (printed circuit board), sewage wastewater treatment, Marine engineering, commercial buildings, etc.
Operate Features
1. Y pattern diaphragm valve adopt the double control cavity design, make the flow independent of flow body cavity chamber, so that the valve control more agile, reliable and durable, complete eliminate of the single cavity valve possible inefficient switching, lax hidden trouble.
2. Body and bonnet made from glass fiber reinforced NORYL material (PPO), with high intensity, long service life and corrosion resisting.
3. Special treatment molding enhanced rubber diaphragm tablet (EPDM rubber), long service life, resistant to high fatigue.
4. Y-shaped fluid channel design reduces the pressure loss and improves the water throughput.
5. Normally open type and normally closed type can easily realize transformation.
6. Addable spring auxiliary open (closed), flow restrictions or switch display functions.
Operating principle
Valve turnoff: Lead the control pressure source (water or gas source, the pressure is equal to or larger than the water pressure) to diaphragm control cavity, the valve rod push the seat through the diaphragm, and turnoff the valve and cutoff the water.
Valve open: When the pressure relief of diaphragm chamber, feed water pushed open the valve stem by their own pressure, and thus easily formed through space, make the fluid through the valve.

Temperature: Below 50 Celsius degree
