ESPA2-8040 membrane element research and development by HYDRANAUTICS company, according to the source of water with low salinity or moderate salinity of surface water, groundwater and so on, it can be in very low operating pressure conditions to achieve high water throughput and high desalination rate. Its operation pressure about conventional low composite membrane operation pressure two-thirds, desalination rate can reach 99.5%. Because the low operating pressure, high water production rate and high desalination efficiency, it produces obvious economic benefits.
ESPA2-8040 membrane element applies to salinity <2000 mg/L raw water, including the surface water, groundwater, tap water, municipal water, for drinking water water desalination processing, mainly applied in water temperature low season or area, can get more water production.
Main application: Drink water, pure water, boiler make-up water, food processing and pharmaceutical water.
NOTES:
1, The water production rate in average, single membrane element water rate error in within plus or minus 15%.
2, A new membrane should be low pressure flushing for two hours, permeate water drain off.
3, All of the membrane element before they leave the factory through strict test, and use 1.0% of the sodium bisulfite (winter will add 10% of propylene glycol antifreeze liquid) solution storage processing, using vacuum packing, packing for hard carton.
